This live underwater cam is beneath the Frying Pan Tower, is 34 miles off the coast of Cape Fear in North Carolina, in the Atlantic Ocean USA. The tower was built in the 1960s to warn ships of the shallow waters nearby, and is an important habitat for sharks, fish, and other marine wildlife and while the tower its self is not longer in use for its original purpose.
