Help the unicorn find the treasure in this fun counting and fine motor skills activity! Kids fill cups with the correct number of “treasure” pieces while practicing numbers and coordination. What you need: - Plastic cups - Marker (or Post-it notes for reusable numbers) - Treasure items: pom poms, blueberries, raisins, popcorn, or similar - Paper and markers - Pincers, tongs, or chopsticks (for older kids) Steps: - Write numbers on the plastic cups. -Ask kids to place the correct number of treasure pieces into each cup. -Use hands for younger kids or pincers/chopsticks for older kids to make it more challenging. Extension idea: Draw a rainbow and create a story about helping the unicorn find its treasure. This activity also helps develop fine motor skills.
